What's New At Beatchain?

It's been a busy couple of months here at Beatchain HQ with some exciting new features and partnerships to announce!

We've been working with some huge names across the music industry to develop our toolset and drive success across social and streaming. There's been a particular focus on building new marketing and reporting tools for managers and independent artists looking to start small labels.

New Partnerships

Better Noise Music

Last month, Beatchain announced a partnership with the world's leading rock label Better Noise Music, who work alongside some of the biggest names in heavy rock, metal and alternative music, including Mötley Crüe, Papa Roach, Dirty Heads, Five Finger Death Punch, Atlas Genius and AWOLNATION.

BNM are unique in their analytical approach to connecting with fans through music, and we've working closely with them to develop cutting-edge analytics and marketing tools like our new Roster Dashboards (more on that below!)

Bryan Calhoun

We're also delighted to be working with Bryan Calhoun, an artist advocate who has helped develop the likes of Kanye West, Lil Wayne, G-Eazy, Nicki Minaj and Drake.

Alongside Bryan, we'll be helping some exciting new artists break through, utilizing the Beatchain toolset to take care of everything from distribution to analytics, playlisting and digital ads. We're kicking off this partnership with artists including Mumu Fresh and Guapo Lennon with many more to follow!

Features and Plans

Activity Feed

Find out what's new on your social and streaming profiles with Activity Feed.

All artists now have access to the Activity Feed, which shows stats, milestones and events for your various profiles around the internet. The Insights page has always been great for checking up on your fanbases, but the Activity Feed will make it much easier to see exactly what's changed since the last time you logged in.

Notifications on the Activity Feed cover:

  • Streaming activity
  • Playlist adds/removes
  • Social media engagement
  • Posting reminders
  • Ad performance
  • Follower milestones

...and much more!

Roster Dashboards (beta)

Roster Dashboards will soon be available to labels and management groups on our upcoming Pro plan.

These dashboards help you analyze and compare stats for your entire roster across social media, streaming platforms, ad campaigns and more.

We're building a number of powerful graphs, charts and visualizations to help you understand at a glance how each artists' fan base is made up, which acts are experiencing rapid growth and which platforms are proving to be the most lucrative for picking up new fans.

Fan Seeker (beta)

Fan Seeker is a new campaign type designed to snowball your engagement, grow your audience and trigger algorithms across social and streaming with automated, content-led ads.

Soon to be available to Premium and Pro users, Fan Seeker utilizes tried and tested methods for generating growth and engagement, while cutting out hours of admin work across strategy, targeting and reporting.

This new campaign allows you to rapidly build and test new audiences, pulling out the vital stats for your campaigns so there's no need to sift through Business Manager analytics.

We've had some awesome results so far with both established and brand new artists!

New indie rock'n'roll band The Utopiates released their very first single in February 2021, and using Fan Seeker we were able to immediately start building a fan base across social media and streaming platforms. Starting completely from scratch with a Fan Seeker budget of £1500, The Utopiates were able to achieve:

  • 2.9k Facebook followers
  • 1,035 Instagram followers
  • 1.2k Twitter followers
  • 2,400 Spotify monthly listeners
  • 464 Spotify followers
  • Over 17,000 streams in first month

Look out for more info and case studies from Fan Seeker!
